Refund policy

RETURNS

We stand behind everything we sell and making sure that you and your dog are happy is our number one priority. If your dog (or you) is not 100% satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of purchase then return it for a credit or refund. No questions asked. The product you are requesting the refund/return must be in resellable conditions to be eligible.

Note: We are unable to accept returns for any customized products. Please confirm that sizing and all information are correct before completing your order.

If you're not satisfied with your pet products, please return the item(s) for a store credit or full refund for the cost of the item(s). You'll have 30 days from the time of purchase from Paw valley Ltd.

Once the returned item is received we will refund you the cost of the item, excluding any shipping costs. To better serve you in the future, please let us know why you are returning the item. You'll be responsible for the shipping charges associated with sending the return back to us. The original shipping cost is non-refundable. Please allow 7 business days for returns to be processed.

Items must be in the original condition as you received them in (no wear and tear, damages, etc)

Warehouse sale items and treat jars cannot be exchanged or returned

Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 working days of us receiving your parcel. Please note we reserve the right to partially accept or deny your refund if items are sent not according to our policy.

Important: The use of our products and safety of the pet and handler is at the discretion and responsibility of the purchaser and/or user. Just like human accessories, pet products are not indestructible. While we do our best to provide you with high-quality items, items are subject to wear and tear depending on the nature of your dog's behaviour and routine. We're always working towards improvement but we're not yet perfect! Unless an item arrives damaged, we are not able to offer a refund or replacement for products in worn condition.
